There are several reports within Service manager than can be customised, things that you would send to your customers and would therefore want your company details on.
The table below details the reports that you can customise.
Report Name | Description |
Agreement | Details the site and item information for an agreement. It also provides a signature area to be signed by the customer. |
Quote | Can be printed from New Business to detail the items before sending a full agreement to the customer. |
Old Business | Details the site and cancelled item information for an agreement. |
Collection Notes | If a customer requires a physical proof of service this note will detail everything being serviced on a given date. See How to: Mark a site as requiring a service note for more information. |
Service Receipt | See Service Receipts |
Installation | A list of items to be installed before servicing can begin. It also provides a signature area to be signed by the customer. |
Invoice | Details the agreement and item information on the invoice, can be separated into multiple layouts for multiple company scenarios. |
Manifest | The same information as Service Manager - Mobile in paper form, all of the same ordering is here. Each site printed provides an area to be signed by the customer. |
Sub Contractor - Customer Invoice | Details the items being handled by a given sub-contractor. |
Sub Contractor - Internal Invoice | Details the items being handled by a given sub-contractor with additional fields for profit. |
Waste Transfer Note | Details the site and item information for a season ticket waste transfer note. |
